1. Return Timeframe:
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a diamond purchased on METAH DIAMONDS. Requests received after this timeframe will not be accepted.
2. Reasons for Return:
We accept returns for the following reasons:
Change of mind: If you simply decide the diamond isn’t for you, you can return it within the 15-day window.
Item not as described: If the diamond you receive differs significantly from its description on the listing, you are eligible for a return.
Damaged in transit: If the diamond arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging.
3. Non-returnable Items:
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
Diamonds that have been sized, altered, or appraised after purchase.
Diamonds purchased in person (this policy applies only to online purchases).
4. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact METAH DIAMONDS customer care via email (contact@metah.diamonds) or phone (+96176551224) within 15 days of receiving the diamond.
Explain the reason for your return and provide your order number.
Customer care will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to securely ship the diamond back to the Vendor.
5. Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and ensuring the diamond is insured for its full value. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
6. Refund Process:
You will receive a refund in the original form of payment once the diamond has been returned and verified by the Vendor.
Automatic Refunds: You will automatically receive a full refund if:
The diamond was not shipped by the Vendor within the agreed-upon timeframe.
The diamond is determined to be non-authentic upon verification.
Standard Refunds: For all other approved returns, the refund will be issued within 5 business days of the Vendor receiving the returned diamond. This allows time for the Vendor to validate the authenticity and condition of the returned diamond.

8. Additional Notes:
This policy is in addition to any return policies offered by individual Vendors on the METAH DIAMONDS platform. We encourage you to review the specific return policy of the Vendor before making a purchase.
