1. About METAH DIAMONDS

METAH DIAMONDS is a multi-vendor online marketplace where individual sellers (“Vendors”) offer diamonds for sale to customers (“Customers”). Globus Gro acts as the intermediary, facilitating transactions between Vendors and Customers. We do not own or sell any diamonds ourselves.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Website.  

3. Vendor Eligibility

In addition to the general eligibility requirements, Vendors must:

• Be a registered business entity with a valid business license.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of diamonds.
• Provide accurate and complete information about the diamonds they offer for sale.
• Adhere to METAH DIAMONDS listing policies and procedures.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account on the Website to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.  

5. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from using the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or violates these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or threatening.
• Interfering with the operation of the Website or any servers or networks connected to the Website.
• Using the Website for any fraudulent or misleading purpose.
• Violating the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Diamond Listings

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their diamond listings. They must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of diamonds.

7. Payment Processing

We may use a third-party payment processor to handle transactions between Vendors and Customers. The payment processor will have its own terms and conditions, which you agree to be bound by when using the Website.

8. Order Fulfillment

Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders placed through the Website. This includes shipping the diamonds to the Customer in a timely manner and in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.

9. Returns and Refunds

Each Vendor has its own return and refund policy. You should review the relevant Vendor’s policy before making a purchase.

10. Disclaimer

The diamonds offered for sale on the Website are provided by independent Vendors. We do not guarantee the quality, authenticity, or value of any diamonds.

11. Limitation of Liability

Globus Gro shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.   

12. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Globus Gro or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.   

13. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Website for any reason, at any time, without notice.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Globus Gro with respect to your use of the Website.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
